ABS provides tip toe excellent support to existing customers or even to our new clients. Below are the support that we provide.

  • Software Support
    ABS provides next day business day support to all our customers who are on valid and existing license maintenance. This software support will be provided on a standard business hours from Monday till Friday 9am till 6pm and excludes public holiday with the respect to the suspected issues or problems in the products as reported. Second Level Support shall include response to general advice and guidance questions from supports Customers.
  • Application Support
    ABS also provides application support to both applications that had been developed by us or to applications that had been previously developed in-house or previous developers.
